  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across the East Malaysia region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable products or services to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the region.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and new clients.
    • Address client concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Regularly visit clients and maintain positive long-term relationships to ensure customer retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and targets.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and meet performance KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, warehousing, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to ensure a consistent approach to sales efforts.
  • KPI Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
    • Continuously track sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve set targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG.
    • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding KPI/ sales targets.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the East Malaysia market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Other:
    • A must to travel within the region.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
