Positions:

1. Account Executive - RM2500
2. Admin - RM1700

Fresh Graduates and Interns Are Welcome! Internship available: RM1,500/month

Responsibilities of the Account Executive

• Assist in handling full sets of accounts and financial closing tasks.
• Manage daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare and process month-end journals.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and other accounting-related tasks.

Responsibilities of the Admin

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization for efficient record-keeping.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Assist with procurement and inventory management.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements for Account Executive

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with clients speaking these languages.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Familiar with Auto Count Software & Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Requirements for Admin

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with clients speaking these languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
