Job Description

1. Maintain sales with existing customers and implement plans to achieve sales targets/budgets.
2. Develop new business opportunities with prospective customers in the assigned market, segment, or industry.
3. Collaborate closely with principals to achieve market share targets.
4. Conduct market surveys and prepare market reports.
5. Prepare sales reports and other relevant documentation as required.
6. Collect debts from customers.
7. Assess training needs of sales personnel if necessary.
8. Organize and implement sales plans to increase sales.
9. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a Degree in Polymer, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Relevant working experience in fields such as Coating, Adhesive, Personal Care, Food Ingredients, or Pharmaceutical (B2B).
3. Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates, open to all genders, willing to travel.
