Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and plan daily production flow, processes, and manpower, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production planning.
2. Maintain quality procedures and records according to ISO requirements.
3. Conduct in-house training for new workforce members on the production floor.
4. Promote high morale and maintain good working discipline among factory staff.
5. Oversee operational safety, quality control, production throughput, inventory control, productivity, yield, and expenditure.
6. Manage and improve documented work processes, and stay updated on industry technological developments and best practices.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of related work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of quality systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and QC080000.
• Experience in implementing and proficient in manufacturing management tools like lean production.
• Mandarin speaker (to communicate with China management).
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
