Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with a C&S consultant
3. Proficiency in Mandarin communication
4. Excellent communication and project coordination skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
6. Experience with factory and industry scheme projects

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and manage civil and structural engineering works for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
2. Perform structural analysis and produce detailed design calculations and reports using industry-standard software
3. Review and approve engineering drawings, technical documents, and construction plans
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and local regulations
5. Coordinate with project stakeholders
6. Prepare and submit documents to relevant authorities and follow up for approvals
7. Attend site meetings, inspections, and provide technical support during construction
8. Lead and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians
9. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and client expectations
