Are you an experienced, organized, and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? We are currently seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will play a key role in assisting the Executive Housekeeper, overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role ensures the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. He/she will also manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing their duties efficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and safety standards.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in a housekeeping unit, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  3. Previous experience in managing or supervising a team of staff.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  9. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  10. Experience with housekeeping management software and scheduling tools is a plus.
