• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and accessibility of inventory.
• Manage inventory control processes, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing transportation costs.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
• Analyze warehouse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
• Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving activities.
