A dynamic e-commerce company is looking for a creative E-Commerce Specialist to manage operations on multiple online marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement and sales. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or related field and at least 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and analytical skills. This position requires multitasking and a proactive approach during peak seasons.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce/digital marketing (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop preferred).
  • Skilled in content creation (banners, product images, copywriting).
  • Familiar with social media algorithms (FB, IG, TikTok).

We are seeking a creative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage online marketplace operations, social media marketing, and digital advertising across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Platforms
  • Plan and execute campaigns for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop (11.11, 12.12, Raya, CNY, Payday Sales).
  • Create and manage product listings, banners, videos, and festive creatives.
  • Analyze platform performance and optimize for visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate premium gifts for campaigns (red/green packets, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor research and work closely with platform account managers.
  • Stay updated on new platform features and best practices.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Schedule posts to grow engagement, awareness, and sales.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies using insights.
  • Propose new ideas based on trends and explore influencer or paid ad opportunities.
Website & Google Ads
  • Coordinate website updates, UX improvements, and promotional materials.
  • Manage website loyalty program.
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  • Track campaign performance and improve ROI.
