E-Commerce & Social Commerce Senior Executive (TikTok & Shopee)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize TikTok Shop and Shopee Shop operations, campaigns, and product listings.

Plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, live commerce activities, and influencer collaborations.

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and drive sales growth through continuous improvement.

Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment and campaign execution.

Develop new strategies for audience engagement and brand visibility across TikTok, Shopee, and emerging platforms.

Monitor competitors and stay updated with market trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce / Social Commerce management, preferably in TikTok Shop or Shopee Shop.

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, live commerce, and platform analytics.

Proven ability to drive online sales and manage paid campaigns or collaborations.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and social commerce performance tracking.

Passion for beauty, K-beauty trends, and influencer marketing is an advantage.
