Job description

E-Commerce Product Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the development progress of all cross-border e-commerce products. This position requires the ability to read and create wooden furniture product drawings to ensure all product information, measurements, and structures are accurate for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the cross-border e-commerce marketing team on new product development, create development schedules, track key milestones, and ensure all progress runs smoothly.
• Able to read and review technical furniture drawings, ensuring all measurements and specifications are accurate.
• Create/modify basic 2D or 3D dimension drawings, exploded structure drawings, and installation diagrams.
• Communicate with R&D and production departments to ensure information consistency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of e-commerce experience.
• Able to read and operate AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
• Experience in the furniture industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Languages spoken

• Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (more preferable).
