We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and making things run smoother every week.

In this role, you’ll be at the core of our e-commerce operations — managing orders, logistics, fulfilment, and platform workflows for international markets, primarily the US and Europe. You won’t just be supporting a store; you’ll be helping build the operational foundation of a growing global brand.

This is an operations-first role, with room to explore growth ideas and sales campaigns when things are quieter. If you’re someone who loves structure, enjoys improving workflows, and gets curious about how to increase conversion and efficiency, this role gives you both stability and learning.

What You’ll Do:
E-commerce Operations & Fulfilment (Core Focus)
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and fulfilment in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage end-to-end order processing
  • Prepare and send packing lists to our warehouse team
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor shipment status
  • Track deliveries and proactively flag delays or issues
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners on stock availability, fulfilment, and delivery matters
  • Handle order requests and update order status across platforms
  • Monitor and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels in the system
Platform Management & Optimization
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our e-commerce channels (primarily Shopify, with future marketplaces)
  • Analyze website and marketplace analytics to identify areas for improvement (conversion, traffic, product performance)
  • Ensure systems, data, and workflows are organized, accurate, and scalable
Growth & Campaign Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Support simple sales campaigns and promotions (e.g. bundles, offers, seasonal promos)
  • Share ideas and suggestions to improve sales performance, customer experience, and conversion rates
  • Stay up‑to‑date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging tools or technologies
Job requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or online retail support. Fresh graduate is welcomed as training provided.
  • Familiar with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills (English and Mandarin proficiency are required)
  • Experience working with logistics partners or cross‑border shipping is a plus
