E-Commerce Operation Executive (Store)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).

Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse, and related teams as needed.

Assist the customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.

Identify and escalates any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.

Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Brands owners, eCommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners, Finance) to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.

Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience or relevant experience encouraged to apply.

Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or related fields.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.

Good communication skills and a team player.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with other departments.

Ability to multi‑task and work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

E-Commerce Operation Executive (Affiliate)

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential TikTok creators, influencers, and partners who align with the brand, onboarding them to the affiliate program.

Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates, providing guidance, content ideas, and performance feedback.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute TikTok‑specific affiliate campaigns that align with brand goals and drive engagement.

Monitor affiliate performance on TikTok, analyze metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, engagement rates) and implement strategies to improve performance.

Collaborate with TikTok affiliates to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions, supporting them with promotional materials when necessary.

Keep up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, competitors, and industry movements to enhance the affiliate strategy and keep the brand relevant on the platform.

Any other tasks as assigned by superior/company.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience in micro‑commerce, social e‑commerce, or community operations preferred.

Outgoing and extroverted personality (E‑type), enjoys communication, has strong goal orientation, and proactive in reaching out to influencers.

Proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools.

Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and analytics.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
