Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in live stream operation, social media, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Passionate about the e-commerce live industry.
  • Outgoing personality with strong responsibility and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data from live streams to identify trends.
  • Creating and optimizing live broadcast schedules and scripts.
  • Managing all aspects of TikTok live broadcasts.

Job description

Basic Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 8,000

Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)

Requirement :
  • Have Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in live stream operation, social media, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Passionate/interested in the e-commerce live industry, with basic knowledge and hope for long-term stable development in the live industry
  • Outgoing personality, active thinking, and good communication, understanding, and adaptability.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high enthusiasm, diligent and steadfast, strong ability to withstand pressure; good at independent learning and thinking, with correct values and teamwork spirit.
  • Fluent communication in Mandarin and English is compulsory.
Job Scope :
  • Analyzing data from live streams to identify trends and improve sales.
  • Creating and optimizing live broadcast schedules, scripts, and activities.
  • Managing all aspects of TikTok live broadcasts, including creating product groups, and increasing sales.
  • Leading large-scale live broadcast events for brands.
  • Training and coaching live hosts on delivery, sales, and product knowledge.
  • Analyzing competitor broadcasts and implementing insights to improve your brand's performance.
  • Developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve goals.
