About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Operations Executive to manage and enhance our TikTok live streaming initiatives within assigned regions.

Your day-to-day
  • Oversee regional live stream operations, including scheduling, execution, and technical coordination.
  • Provide real-time support to hosts during broadcasts, resolving technical or operational issues.
  • Monitor, capture and analyze live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with hosts on scriptwriting, product briefings, and content planning.
  • Work with the Lead to align regional execution with nationwide targets.
  • Ensure that regional content and operations meet quality and compliance standards.
Your know-how
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or content operations.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or other short-form content platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple regions.
