We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in platform operations, data analysis, and digital marketing, with a creative mindset to strategize and execute successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
  • Manage and optimize online stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and etc.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
Marketing and Promotions
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, seasonal events) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product descriptions, banners, and advertisements.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for management review.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Experience
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints on e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery by coordinating with logistics partners.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop promotional materials.
  • Liaise with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
