Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of key e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute comprehensive e‑commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
- Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
- Ensure high‑quality, SEO‑optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high‑resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
- Conduct data‑driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e‑commerce performance.
Digital Marketing Integration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
- Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Service and Inventory Management
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on UI, UX, and after‑sales support.
- Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in e‑commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Result‑driven, able to work in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech‑savvy and multitasking skills to juggle multiple e‑commerce operations seamlessly.
- Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
- Experience managing regional or international e‑commerce markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a plus.
