Job summary

Continental is offering a student internship in Petaling Jaya to support daily E-Commerce platform management, including product listings, promotions, stock, and dealer information updates. You will assist in campaign prep, content creation, livestream support, and performance reporting while collaborating across departments.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and a keen interest in AI and digital tools. Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power BI is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in digital tools and AI with hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of E-Commerce platforms, including product listings maintenance, promotions and stock availability.
• Coordinate E-Commerce campaign preparation and execution across relevant marketplaces.
• Assist with E-Commerce content creation, visual adaptation and POSM distribution for campaigns and livestreams.
• Support E-Commerce livestream activities, both online and on-site.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results, traffic and other key E-Commerce metrics.
• Prepare E-Commerce performance reports.
• Maintain and update dealer information on Google Business Profile, including addresses, operating hours, contact details, photos and services.
• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of dealer Google Business Profile listings.
• Support the creation and scheduling of Google Business Profile posts, promotions and updates.
• Track customer reviews and coordinate responses or follow-up actions with relevant dealers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with dealers to collect updated information, images and supporting materials.
• Provide administrative and operational support for other digital marketing initiatives when required.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay abreast of digital selling trends, emerging technologies and e-commerce developments to continuously enhance customer engagement

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
