Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce field or social media is an advantage.
  • Preferably have experience in the IT and electronics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day e-Commerce activities for online platforms.
  • Communicate with platform vendors regarding technical concerns.
  • Assist with campaign strategy, marketing, and pricing.
  • Maintain stock levels and track item movement on platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for digital materials.
  • Assist Sales team in tracking online sales success.
  • Analyze consumer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Complete additional ad-hoc activities as necessary.
