E-commerce Operations & Administration
- Product Management:
- Manage and maintain the entire product catalog across the e-commerce platform(s) (e.g., Website, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook & etc).
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, including pricing, inventory levels, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure links, pages, and product information are functioning correctly.
- Order Fulfillment Support:
- Monitor and process online orders, coordinating with the logistics/warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
- Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns via email, phone, or live chat.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in the e-commerce system.
- Site Maintenance:
- Update website content (banners, landing pages, promotions)
- Manage technical SEO components such as meta descriptions and alt tags for products and pages.
Marketing Execution & Support
- Email Marketing:
- Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional emails, abandoned cart sequences)
- Manage and segment customer mailing lists.
- Social Media & Content:
- Assist in scheduling and posting content on various social media platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the asset library (photos, videos, graphics) for marketing use.
- Campaign Support:
- Set up and monitor discount codes, promotions, and special offers on the e-commerce platform.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing assets and scheduling paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, site traffic, top-selling products).
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior, identifying opportunities to improve.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports detailing sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce, marketing, or administrative role.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok & etc).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, CRM systems).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of web content management
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, results‑oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
