Job summary

A growing e-commerce company in Rawang is seeking a candidate for an administration role. The ideal applicant should have at least a diploma in Business or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or e-commerce. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, handling returns, and updating product listings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are required. A friendly working environment and competitive salary of RM2,800 – RM3,800 are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Website).
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on order fulfilment, delivery, and stock availability.
  • Handle return/refund requests and update status on platforms.
  • Monitor and update product listings, prices, and stock in the system.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports (sales, inventory, order processing performance).
  • Provide support to customer service team when needed (basic enquiries, order status).
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, E-Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or e-commerce (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/TikTok preferred).
  • Experience in using Qianyi(QERP) or similar WMS or ERP system will be an added advantage.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • English, Malay and Mandarin proficiency are required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,800 (based experience).
