Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience, with 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid PM methodologies.
• Experience engaging with CXOs, PMOs, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle: scope, roadmap, work breakdown, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 implementation tracks including CRM, Billing, Field Service, Asset Management, and Customer Service.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, milestone trackers, and executive summaries.
