Job summary

Seni Klasik Batik Textiles is seeking a Live Host to manage engaging TikTok live sessions and drive sales for batik products from Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The role involves showcasing products, answering questions, and delivering a high-energy on-screen presence.

In addition to hosting, you will handle order processing, stock management, and basic customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking in front of camera (not camera shy).
• Energetic, talkative, and persuasive personality.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok or online selling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Live sessions to promote and sell batik products.
• Explain product details clearly (size, material, cutting, design).
• Engage actively with viewers and drive sales during live sessions.
• Answer customer questions confidently and professionally.
• Maintain high energy and strong on-camera presence.
• Process and pack daily TikTok Shop orders accurately.
• Arrange and manage product stock before and after live sessions.
• Prepare products and setup for live selling.
• Assist in basic customer service and order follow-ups.
• Ensure workspace and stock area are well organized.
