Job summary

Omak Jenny Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a creative Videographer cum Editor to join our growing team. You’ll produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, collaborating with the marketing team to reflect the brand.

The role requires planning, shooting and editing short-form videos with strong hooks and CTAs, plus basic lighting, audio and camera setup. Diploma/degree preferred; Premiere Pro/CapCut proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Film, Mass Communication, Creative Media or related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator or similar role is an advantage.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting and audio recording.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce video content for social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Handle video shooting from setup to final production.
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, TikTok videos and promotional content.
• Create engaging content with strong hooks, storytelling and suitable CTAs.
• Handle basic lighting, audio and camera setup.
• Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects and other creative elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
• Assist in product photography and other visual content when required.
• Follow current TikTok and social media trends and translate them into relevant content.
• Organise and manage video footage and project files.
• Ensure all content produced follows Omak Jenny’s branding and quality standards.
