A leading international manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves managing warehouse activities related to projects and customer service. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering, has 2-3 years of relevant experience, and must be flexible to work shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Arrange project/spare part material picking per picklist.
• Conduct cycle count and stock take.
• Update material charge out in the SAP system.
• Monitor third-party warehouse material flow and coordinate picking/packing.
• Willing to work on shift patterns and overtime.
