Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a Live Streaming Host role based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support planning and executing live streams, showcase products, and engage viewers to drive sales.

Fresh graduates with passion and strong communication are welcome; prior e‑commerce/live streaming experience is preferred. Responsibilities include content creation, audience interaction, and helping grow followers and revenue on our e‑commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce live streaming, hosting, modeling, hand modeling, or sales-related roles preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok e-commerce live streaming rules preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong product presentation and communication skills will be considered.
• Must communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Understand e-commerce live streaming structures and advertising laws; think quickly and respond.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Streaming Operator Manager in creating and executing live streaming plans and content.
• Participate in product selection and scheduling of live broadcasts.
• Publish previews and create short promotional video content.
• Demonstrate products, answer audience questions, provide recommendations, and guide purchases.
• Engage fans during streams to boost activity, loyalty, and sales.
• Respond to audience questions and build fan relationships.
• Improvise to maintain high engagement and manage pacing of product introductions.
• Summarize issues and provide feedback to optimize content.
• Aim to grow followers and sales on assigned channels.
• Continuously learn industry knowledge and improve streaming skills.
