Work you’ll do
  • Provide administrative support to the engagement teams assigned under his/her portfolio.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks such as client service initiation support, billings, upload files onto global in-house software, work statuses updates on an ongoing basis etc.
  • Maintain ‘live’ or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to engagement teams upon requests.
  • Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of client’s tax briefing materials.
  • Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database.
  • Ad‑hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team.

Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or relevant working experience.
  • 1‑2 years of working experience in administrative tasks.
  • Prior working experience in administrative tasks in tax department will be added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
