Work you’ll do

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations using HR systems, including performing data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner, troubleshooting, basic system configurations, error-fixing and other related support within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Provide good analytical skills to support the reporting function and needs of the business, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting for SEA Countries.
  • Act as the point of contact for local practice office HR colleagues to resolve all HR systems related issues/queries.
  • Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure.
  • Assist with other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members.
  • Continuously strive to provide high-quality service of SSC to meet or exceed agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office – excel
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential
  • Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes
  • Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
