Title: DRSC Assurance – Treasury Technology – Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior team member to join our treasury advisory team. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for finance, technology, and risk management. No prior experience is required. As a Junior team member, you will support the advisory and delivery of projects related to treasury technology and treasury risk management advisory for a range of corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Design and mapping: Map out treasury technology landscapes and identify opportunities and value.
• Technology selection processes: Support RFP processes to enable selection of treasury and finance solutions.
• Assist in Project Delivery: Support the implementation of treasury management systems (TMS), including gathering client requirements, configuring the system, testing, and go-live support.
• Treasury Risk Management: Assist in advising clients on FX, liquidity, and interest rate risk management strategies, including hedging and exposure management techniques.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial and treasury data to identify risks and opportunities, support decision-making, and generate insightful reports for clients.
• Documentation & Process Mapping: Assist in documenting treasury processes, workflows, and controls, and recommend improvements.
• Technology Operate: Operate treasury systems on behalf of clients, including system administration and ongoing configuration.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Practical or theoretical understanding and passion for finance and technology. Experience with treasury or financial systems (e.g., GTreasury, Kyriba, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of treasury operations (e.g., cash management, FX hedging, liquidity management) and risk management principles. Familiarity with financial data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is preferred. Proficiency in any programming language would be beneficial but not required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to clients.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
