Job description

Responsibilities

Safely operate company or private vehicles to transport the COO to meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.

Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic, weather, and security conditions.

Maintain strict adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, fueled, and ready at all times.

Track and schedule regular vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and registration updates.

Report any mechanical issues immediately.

Professionalism & Confidentiality

Maintain a high level of discretion, protecting the COO’s privacy and sensitive information.

Exhibit a calm, composed demeanor at all times, especially during urgent or stressful situations.

Uphold a professional appearance and conduct.

Scheduling & Coordination

Coordinate daily travel schedule with the COO’s PA or chief of staff.

Assist in organizing pick‑ups/drop‑offs and adjusting plans when last‑minute changes occur.

Monitor external factors (traffic, weather, protests, road closures) and propose alternatives.

Additional Support

Assist the COO with carrying luggage, documents, or personal items as required.

Run occasional errands related to travel or logistics.

Provide basic support during business trips (e.g., airport assistance, hotel coordination).
