Emerson T&M is seeking an experienced manager to join the R&D Driver Software Team in Penang. You will lead a group of 6–10 engineers, driving development of NI drivers and software while mentoring talent and coordinating across Hardware, Software, Support, and Manufacturing to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will manage projects from conception to delivery, defining schedules, allocating tasks, and ensuring on-time delivery of features and hardware enablement.

Formación

• Proven experience in software engineering with driver development.
• Experience leading a team of engineers (6–10).
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6–10 engineers to develop NI drivers and software.
• Deliver software features and hardware enablement on schedule.
• Drive project plans from concept to delivery and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Support, and Manufacturing teams.
• Shape software and hardware strategy with technical and product leaders.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and high performance.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
