Job summary

A reputable company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to transport the Director safely to various engagements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience, a valid Class D Malaysian driving license, and a clean driving record. Responsibilities include ensuring the vehicle's maintenance and hygiene, complying with all road safety regulations, and maintaining strict confidentiality. This position requires punctuality, discipline, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
• Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D).
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.

Job description

· Safely drive the Director to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.

· Ensure the Director’s schedule is followed closely and manage routes to ensure timely arrivals.

· Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the company vehicle at all times.

· Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including fuel, oil, water, tyres, and battery checks.

· Arrange and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance of the vehicle.

· Practice safe and defensive driving at all times in compliance with road safety rules and regulations.

· Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

· Assist with any ad‑hoc errands or duties assigned by the Director or Management.

· Ensure proper record‑keeping for mileage, toll usage, petrol claims, and maintenance logs.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D).

3–5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver, preferably for senior management.

Strong knowledge of Klang Valley routes and outstation travel.

Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.

Able to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and well‑mannered.

Able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Additional Advantages
