• Take full responsibility for company vehicles and ensure their cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle use.

Job Description

• Responsible for the safety and timely transportation of CXO / Chaiman.
• Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To drive and transport CXO / Chariman daily or as instructed locations.
• To operate and maintain transport vehicles with a focus on performing daily pre trip and post trip vehicles inspections.
• To perform minor maintenance task on the vehicles when necessary and provide other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.
• To assist in sending and picking up documents and other relevant miscellaneous office task.
• To take full responsibility over the company vehicles.
• To ensure all Company vehicle are properly & regularly maintained & service. Includes weekly checking of engine/transmission/brake oil, radiator & water levels and top-up when necessary. Also, to ensure cleanliness of vehicle after usage.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding of all aspects of the travel and activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers including own at all times.
• Strictly adhering to policies that prohibit the misuse of company property for personal use.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education :

• SPM and above or equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as personal or company driver.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Excellent conduct and integrity.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.

Certification / License Requirement:

• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
