Job summary

A prominent organization in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced personal driver to transport the director and family members safely to various destinations. Candidates must have at least 5 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and a valid Class D Malaysian driving licence. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary, are essential.   • Safely drive the Director and family members to and from meetings, appointments, and other required destinations.
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all driving duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (e.g., washing and vacuuming).
  • Responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and ensuring timely servicing.
  • Assist with errands as instructed.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of the Director and other road users.
  • Provide a safe and comfortable driving experience for passengers.
  • Handle emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise during transportation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a personal driver.
  • No criminal record, no smoking or heavy drinking. Good health.
  • A clean driving record and valid Malaysian driving licence of Class D.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's road network.
  • Honest, punctual and professional with good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends and public holidays if needed.
