• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge in strong building structures, material and design.
• Women candidate only.
• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, construction drawings, and actual drawings.
• Knowledgeable in construction standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined in preparing drawings and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to produce working drawings in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare construction drawings for execution and on-site reference.
• Develop and produce tender drawings for tender submission purposes.
• Prepare preliminary drawings based on initial design concepts.
• Produce 3D designs and visualizations to support design development and client presentations.
• Prepare presentation boards for meetings, proposals and client approvals.
• Carry out detailed installation drawings and detailing coordination on-site to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
