Job summary

Roca Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a CAD/Drafter to create and edit precise product drawings using AutoCAD and 3D software. You will maintain organized CAD files on the server, support BOM standardization, and contribute to packaging and manufacturing layout drawings.

Responsibilities include preparing user manuals and installation guides, detailing manufacturing processes on drawings, and ensuring technical accuracy while communicating effectively with teammates and clients in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in AutoCAD, 3D software or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in the related field.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, independent with strong communication, interpersonal & writing skills.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office applications & e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings of product with exact measurements and specifications.
• Systematically save CAD drawings on the server and maintain organized folders.
• Outline packaging and palletising requirements on technical drawings.
• Prepare and edit other technical manuals (user manuals, installation guides, warranty information).
• Outline the product manufacturing process on drawings and prepare plant layouts when required.

Use CAD software to create or edit drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculation, technical and specification details.

Systematically saving CAD drawings in server, ensure the files in server is organised, updating product folders and files as job progress and update any revisions.

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure their requirements are done in a professional manner.

Create technical drawings of product.

Provide assistance to check and create standardization of components in BOM list.

Outline the packaging and palletising requirement of the product on technical drawings.

Provide assistance in preparation of other Technical manuals (user manuals, installation guides, warranty information, maintenance manuals).

Outline the product manufacturing process on drawings.

Prepare and edit plant layout when required.

Requirements
