Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
3–8 years in downstream energy or related industry.
At least 2 years in consulting or leading transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, planning, and blending in downstream.

Responsibilities

Support and lead consulting engagements across the downstream energy value chain.
Analyze current-state processes and operating models to identify improvements.
Develop recommendations on supply chain optimization and manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
Contribute to digital transformation programs including data analytics and automation.
Support business development by helping with proposals and opportunity qualification.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliverables.
Provide status updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
