Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking entry-level technicians in Malaysia to support repairs, calibration, and inspections of down-hole tool electronics. You will work under supervision to ensure safe, efficient execution of maintenance tasks on directional/RSS or M/LWD sensors.

Qualified candidates hold a technical school certificate (associate degree preferred) and show mechanical/electronics aptitude, along with strong computer skills and tool handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in down-hole tools.
• Ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
• Areas of specialization may include mechanical/electronics aptitude, computer skills, and tool assembly/disassembly.
• Experience with PSL equipment and measurement-while-drilling tools is a plus.
