About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate to support our document scanning and digitization services. The ideal candidate is hands-on, meticulous, and comfortable working with high-volume scanning equipment and digital file management systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality document scanning using professional-grade equipment.

Prepare documents for scanning, including sorting, indexing and ensuring format consistency.

Conduct quality checks to ensure scanned images meet required standards (clarity, alignment, completeness).

Organize, label, and archive digital files according to project requirements.

Manage secure handling of sensitive and confidential documents.

Assist in workflow planning, daily operations, and process improvements.

Report equipment issues and maintain basic scanner upkeep.

Support Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer literacy (PDF tools, file naming, folder structuring).

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in document scanning, digitization, records management, or related fields is an advantage.

Self-discipline, responsible, and able to work independently or in a small team.
