Job Summary

Responsible for the timely, accurate, organized and efficient preparation and management of documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Document Control administration that according to Quality Management System requirement.

  • Monitoring, review, verify, and improve the Company document control system to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

  • Coordinate and ensure document control system are implemented as per QMS, ISO standard.

  • Help promote a Quality culture on the project, ensuring the implementation of best practices and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in quality standards and systems.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of document control experience in the construction industry

  • Proficient in working with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot document control issues and propose effective solutions.

  • Proficient in EDMS software will be an advantage.
