Qualifications

- Maintain and control the company’s master list of SOPs, WIs, policies, templates, and records.
- Support audits (internal, ISO, client, or regulatory) with proper documentation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the company’s master list of SOPs, WIs, policies, templates, and records.
- Assign document numbers, track version control, and manage approvals with HODs.
- Upload and publish controlled documents to SharePoint/controlled drives; remove obsolete versions.
- Support audits (internal, ISO, client, or regulatory) with proper documentation.
- Manage document change logs, revision history, and status reports.
- Provide training to users on document change processes and access.
- Coordinate with site-based document controllers and project teams on registers, RFIs, and transmittals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.5 and other QMS requirements.
- Support digital automation initiatives and workflow improvements.
- Handle other document-related tasks assigned by Compliance or Quality leadership.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in document control or ISO system administration.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SharePoint; Power Automate knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred.
