Job Description
  • Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
  • Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
  • Collation for certificate of insurance and submission to project compliance coordinator
  • Support in the Purchase Order requisition process
  • To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
  • Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
  • Liaise closely with the local project managers to obtain the information that is required
  • Ensure that the local project managers are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
  • To attend meetings and draft minutes
  • Support in the update of the program tracker and ensure that or data quality validation errors are resolved
  • Support in ensuring the relevant scores for the project key performance indicators are being achieved
  • Support the physical closure process of the projects
  • Liaise with project compliance coordinator to ensure all compliance documents are provided for project closure
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent
  • 5 - 10 years of experience with advanced manufacturing, industrial, data center preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in using EDMS software (ie: Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, Procore or similar)
