Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage distributor network specializing in lubricant business
• Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth
• Provide guidance to distributors on lubricant business in close coordination with other line of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives
• Establish critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including ordering, delivery, and standard offer and demand planning
• Develop and support the distributor network, focusing on the growth of premium and high margin products
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business studies, economics or other relevant disciplines with CGPA above 3.00
• Willing to travel and to be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation
• Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales role
• Exposure in automotive, machinery or gas technology background will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company
