The ideal candidate has at least 25 years' experience in operations or engineering with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Drive continuous improvement, shared services, and operational integration across the Group.

Act as Centre of Excellence (COE) for policy implementation and compliance monitoring.

Align project management, procurement, and IT strategies with business objectives and risk controls.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimisation

Lead performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational audits for senior management review.

Design and implement policies to enhance cross-functional collaboration and reduce inefficiencies.

Promote a data-driven, innovative culture in line with the BRISK values.

Project Oversight & Delivery

Provide strategic guidance on project execution, from costing to commissioning.

Ensure all projects comply with timelines, safety, budget, and technical standards.

Lead infrastructure proposal reviews to ensure commercial and technical viability.

Streamline centralized procurement processes and enforce compliance with company standards.

Lead vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing to achieve value creation.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, safety, and regulatory requirements.

IT & Digital Infrastructure Oversight

Oversee the development and execution of the Group’s IT roadmap.

Ensure optimal system performance, cybersecurity, and IT project delivery.

Embed IT as an enabler of innovation, business continuity, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development Support

Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Support business development efforts through project costing, proposal preparation, and technical review.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 25 years’ experience in operations, engineering, or project delivery, including team and budget leadership.
  • Must have experience across procurement, IT, and compliance governance.
  • Strong leadership exposure and stakeholders' management.
