We are looking for a Director of Sports who will oversee the whole Physical Education Department of International Section to help us guide the school and work with our colleagues to take us to the next level. The Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an outstanding teaching practitioner with minimum degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field and possess a teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
  • Has experience in designing and leading a forward‑thinking, inclusive sports programme from Early Years to Secondary.
  • Inspire a love for physical fitness, sportsmanship, and lifelong healthy living.
  • Coach and mentor both staff and students to achieve excellence in competitive and recreational sports.
  • Organise thrilling inter‑house and inter‑school competitions, sports festivals, and community events.
  • Strengthen partnerships with local and international schools to broaden our competitive platform.
  • Oversee the development and management of world‑class facilities, resources, and coaching teams.
  • Champion school spirit and pride through sports leadership and participation initiatives.
  • Recognises and rewards excellent learning.
  • Is a strong communicator, personable, caring and passionate with high expectations of themselves and others.
  • Is committed to their own continued professional development and excited about professional learning conversations with like‑minded colleagues.

The Package

This is a two‑year contract with an option to renew at the end. Benefits include:

Interviews
