We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director Sales & Operation Adventure Travel (French Speaking) to join us here in Kota Kinabalu. Wildhab is a specialised tailored adventure and eco‑tourism travel agency. As a Director Sales & Operation Adventure Travel (French Speaking), you will play a vital role in being responsible for the overall operation of the company (Marketing/Sales/HR/Operations) with a high focus on developing the French market. You will define and execute our go‑to‑market strategy in French‑speaking regions (France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and parts of Africa). You’ll oversee both the commercial and operational performance of the business—leading the B2B & B2C sales teams, optimizing processes, and building a culture of accountability, growth and excellence. What you'll be Focus on
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the regional sales & operations strategy aligned with global objectives.
Commercial Growth: Lead high‑performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless market execution.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and emerging talent.
Qualifications & Skills:
Are you?
Proven experience (8+ years) in sales, operations, or general management, within a French‑speaking market.
Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, P&L management and day‑to‑day operation management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in French, English (both written and spoken).
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
