Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Corporate and MICE segments, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Corporate & MICE sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients, MICE planners, and travel agencies
  • Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and flawless event execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop innovative pricing strategies and sales packages
  • Manage departmental budget and oversee sales‑related contracts, agreements, and proposals
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis to senior leadership
  • Work closely with Operations, Culinary, and Banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Champion interdepartmental collaboration to deliver cohesive and memorable service experiences
  • Act as a visible role model for the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5‑7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading Corporate & MICE sales teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning, account management, and business development
  • Strong understanding of MICE market trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions
  • Results‑oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
