Job summary

Operational Leadership: Directs daily operations for front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to ensure brand standards are consistently met.

Revenue Management: Collaborates with sales and marketing to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and Average Daily Rate (ADR).

Guest Satisfaction: Monitors guest feedback (NPS, online reviews) and resolves complaints to maintain high service levels.

Financial Oversight: Manages departmental budgets, analyzes financial statements, and controls labor costs to ensure profitability.

Team Development: Responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring department managers and supervisors to foster a culture of excellence.

Core Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience: Requires 10+ years of progressively responsible hotel management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Technical Skills: Mastery of Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, RoomKeyPMS) and proficiency in data analytics and revenue management tools.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, crisis management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English: Professional working proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Fluent in Mandarin: Ability to conduct business negotiations and deliver presentations.
