What you'll be doing?

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with IDC's vision and growth plans.

Brand Excellence: Champion quality, presentation, and service excellence across all outlets.

Financial Management: Oversee financial performance and P&L accountability for all outlets.

People Development: Lead and mentor operations managers, head chefs, and outlet managers.

Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain operations to ensure consistency and quality.

Expansion & Project Management: Support the pre‑opening and rollout of new outlets.
