Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a compelling brand vision and narrative that elevates our position within the luxury escape segment, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns—from digital to partnerships and PR—that build awareness, engage audiences, and generate qualified demand.
• Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships and new market opportunities that align with our brand ethos and contribute to revenue diversification.
• Lead and develop a talented sales team to ensure marketing strategies translate into effective pricing, packaging, and promotional plans that achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the digital marketing landscape, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance, enhance guest engagement, and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality, travel, or premium lifestyle.
• A proven track record of building brand equity and executing successful marketing campaigns that have driven measurable business growth.
