Job summary

A recognized global NGO in Malaysia is seeking a Head of Marketing to provide strategic leadership across marketing campaigns and donor partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop annual marketing strategies and oversee digital engagement, ensuring brand growth and fundraising results. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and a robust background in marketing and fundraising. This role emphasizes innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in marketing, fundraising, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, strategy development, and partnership building.
  • Strong business acumen, brand leadership, and cross-functional management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing and fundraising strategies to drive Child Sponsorship and Private Non Sponsorship growth.
  • Oversee the development of campaign calendars, brand positioning, and messaging direction.
  • Monitor market trends and guide innovation across digital, corporate, and public engagement.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing division, guiding team leads and managers.
  • Strengthen relationships with major donors, CSR partners, media, and ambassadors/influencers.
